1. Who We Are

Squarebash Ltd. ("we", "us", "our", "Squarebash") is the Data Controller responsible for your personal data. You can contact our Data Protection Officer by emailing info@squarebash.com.

2. Data We Collect

When you submit an application, we collect:

• Contact information (e.g., full name, email address, phone number, location).
• Professional information (e.g., website link, social media handles, portfolio files, artist bio).

3. How & Why We Use Your Data

We process your personal data under the legal basis of Legitimate Interests (to evaluate potential artists for commercial partnerships) and Consent (for storing your contact details to communicate regarding future opportunities).

4. Data Retention

We will retain your application data for 6 months from the date of submission to review your work for current or upcoming print collections. After this period, your data will be destroyed unless a commercial contract has been executed or you explicitly request to extend the retention period.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties. We do, however, use a GDPR-compliant third-party platform, Cloudflare Inc. (hereafter "Cloudflare"), to store and manage your submission data. For detailed information on Cloudflare's GDPR policy, please visit their GDPR FAQ page.

6. Your Legal Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or erasure of your personal data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
